DREAMER INTAKE SERVICE

What is the DIS?

The DIS is an online survey to help you learn about possible immigration options.

Who can use the DIS?
Undocumented young people who do not yet have legal residency or citizenship in the United States.

The DIS is free
Learn about your potential immigration options at no cost.

The DIS is anonymous
You do not need to use your real name to fill out the DIS.

The DIS is confidential
Your information will not be shared with anyone outside the E4FC's Legal Services Team.

How Does the DIS Work?
Visit intake.e4fc.org and answer all questions the best you can.

What will the DIS ask?
To best assess your options, the DIS will ask you about your immigration background. The more detailed your answers, the better.

How long does it take to complete?
The DIS takes 10-30 minutes to complete. You can save a draft and finish it later.

Our team will carefully review your answer and email you a personalized summary within 2-4 weeks.

Special note to Gmail users: E4FC uses Google for Non-Profits platform for this Dreamer Intake Service. If you fill out the intake form that follows and disclose to us a Google email (Gmail) address, any publicly available information in your Google account will be viewable to E4FC (i.e. your name, date of birth, etc). If you would like to use an alias or not share any publicly available information on your Google account, please use an anonymous email address (i.e. Hotmail or Gmail account with limited public information).

SAFETY

If you are a survivor of domestic violence and may not have access to a safe or private email or telephone number, please be aware that an abuser may be able to monitor phone and computer use and history. We primarily communicate through email and/or texting and so you should ONLY share with us safe and private contact information. If you are afraid your internet and/or phone usage might be monitored and cannot safely fill out E4FC’s online intake, you should NOT use our service. Instead, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1−800−799−7233 or TTY 1−800−787−3224 for help.

Due to demand for our DREAMer Intake Service, it may take two to four weeks to process your intake. If you have questions about this service or require immediate attention, please email us at . You can also find a nonprofit legal service provider using www.immigrationlawhelp.org.

If you require personalized legal advice, please consult a reliable immigration attorney or BIA accredited representative to obtain a personalized analysis of your situation. Be cautious of unlicensed practitioners known as "immigration consultants" or "notarios" who often prepare legal forms and may falsely claim to be immigration attorneys.
