Supporting undocumented young people in their pursuit of college, career and citizenship

DREAMER INTAKE SERVICE
OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY

E4FC's online DREAMER Intake Service provides information about possible immigration remedies and benefits to undocumented individuals throughout the country. This free and anonymous service is intended for undocumented individuals who do not yet have legal residency or citizenship in the United States. Individuals should be under 35 years old.

Whom Do We Serve?

Our users have immigrated to the United States from all over the world and live in different parts of the country. Most of our users are afraid to seek out legal counsel and/or they worry they won't be able to pay for it. Since we launched our Service in 2009, we have provided information to nearly 1,000 users.

How Does the Service Work?

Users submit a comprehensive online intake form where they answer a series of questions about their immigration case. Legal Advocates and attorneys on our DREAMer Intake Service work together to prepare information about each user's eligibility for certain immigration remedies.

Please Note:

E4FC is not a law firm.  We do not provide legal services or legal advice.  We do not have professional liability insurance.  We are not your attorneys and there is no attorney-client relationship between you and us.  The purpose of your consultation with E4FC is for E4FC to collect basic information about your situation to allow us to provide relevant informational material about legal rights and processes that may be applicable to you.

You may require personalized legal advice.  PLEASE CONSULT A RELIABLE IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY TO OBTAIN A PERSONALIZED ANALYSIS OF YOUR SITUATION.  Please be cautious and know that there are individuals known as "immigration consultants" or "notarios" who often prepare legal forms and may falsely claim to be immigration attorneys.  To find local and trusted legal services, you can visit www.immigrationlawhelp.org.  Depending on the situation, we may be able to refer you to a capable private immigration attorney.

Because we are not a law firm and have no attorney-client relationship with you, our communications with you are not legally confidential and not protected by the attorney-client privilege.  However, we will make every effort to keep your private information confidential.  We will not disclose any information about you unless we are legally required to do so.

If you have questions about this service or require immediate attention, please email Krsna Avila, E4FC's Legal Services Manager, at krsna@e4fc.org.
